Lightning Capitol of the World
They don't call Central Florida the lightning capital of the world for nothing. We just had a storm roll through that produced 5100 strikes in 1 hour. That's OVER 5 THOUSAND lightning strikes!! The sky was lit up like the aurora borealis. It's times like these that I wish had a faster memory card for my camera. I think the worst has passed my area, otherwise I would not be blogging. uh hm, I mean working.

Weird! Before I saw the title of this post, I commented back to you on MY post "I think I've heard Tampa is the lightning capital of the world and Orlando can't be much different."
ReplyDeleteLightning scares the crap out of me.
