In honor of Mindy Lacefield coming to town, we decided to hop the Sunrail to Winter Park, eat at The Coop and visit Lynne Whipple over at McRae. This was my first train ride (10/14/15) and... I love the train! It was fast and easy. We whizzed through each town watching the traffic stopped...feeling lucky! We could chat and visit with each other without having to worry about driving. The trip from Longwood to Winter Park is VERY convenient! Right now the train only goes from Debary to Sand Lake with future plans to go to the airport and then all the way to Miami. Whoo-Whoo!
By the way, The Coop is Yummy! Cafeteria-style, mix and match chunky tables and chairs, super good chicken and biscuits! Next time, I want to try the meatloaf sandwich and mac and cheese.
